Job Description

We’re seeking a Junior Creative Designer who’s excited to join our dynamic team and help bring our clients’ marketing visions to life. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller with a strong design sensibility who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute unique creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

​

• Design Image Ads: Create engaging image ads for platforms like Meta and Google, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and performance marketing goals and deadlines

• New Creative Concepts: Contribute fresh design ideas and concepts for various campaigns, helping to differentiate our clients in a crowded marketplace

• Competitor Creative Analysis: Research competitor creatives and industry

• Multi-Channel Design: Work on a range of design projects, including presentations, website assets, email marketing, and other marketing collateral

• (Advantage) Video Ad Ideation & Scripts: Brainstorm and write scripts for video ads, conceptualize video ad storyboards, and collaborate with video editors to bring ideas to ​

Qualifications

​

• ​0-2 years of experience in a creative/design role

• Proficient in design software tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

• Native Hebrew, fluent English

• A great eye for details

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Adaptability to new technologies, stay current with emerging design tools, platforms, and creative technologies, and integrate them into the design process to enhance efficiency and innovation
